At PerTuto, accessible from pertuto.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and students. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by PerTuto and how we use it.
Last Updated: June 2026
We collect information to provide better services to our users. The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.
We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:
We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
PerTuto provides educational services to minors. We collect only the minimum necessary information from students under 13, and always with verifiable parental consent. Parents may review, modify, or delete their child's personal information at any time by contacting us at legal@pertuto.com.
We use three kinds of cookie. Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect the site from abuse; these are always on, because without them the site does not work. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) tell us which pages are read and where people give up. Advertising and measurement cookies (Meta Pixel) tell us which adverts led someone to enquire, so we can stop paying for the ones that do not.
Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them. Until you do, they are switched off rather than merely unused — we signal that refusal to Google and Meta directly. If you accept and later change your mind, clear this site's cookies in your browser and you will be asked again.
Where you accept advertising cookies, information about the enquiry you submit — including a hashed form of your email address and phone number, which we send in a form designed not to be readable as the original — is shared with Meta Platforms so that a conversion can be matched to an advert. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not share it for any purpose other than the measurement described here.
We retain student academic data for 2 years after the last active session. Account information is retained for 5 years for billing and compliance purposes. You may request early deletion at any time.
PerTuto teaches students worldwide, and your data may be processed on Google Cloud servers (Firebase) in the United States. We apply appropriate safeguards for international transfers, and we comply with the data protection law that applies where you are — including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, India's DPDP Act 2023, and the UAE's PDPL.
If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us at legal@pertuto.com.
