Neither note gives the answer. Both make the gap visible, which is the only correction that survives the exam hall. It is also the hardest thing to hire for, and the reason we run a fresh search for every family rather than sending a list.

We teach before we propose. A student who is fluent in mechanics and lost in waves does not begin at chapter one — we start where the gap actually is and work outward from it.

Three ways to engage
One subject, one tutor, or the whole trajectory.
Individual subject teaching, weekly, in person or online. Maths and the sciences, for IB, A-Level, IGCSE, CBSE and ICSE.
A tutor searched for your family specifically — residential, travelling, or full-time. One global search per engagement, not a shortlist from a database.
School admissions, relocation, curriculum planning, university — Oxbridge and Ivy admissions included. Executive and family-office education sits here too. The whole trajectory, held by one adviser.
The tutors
Named to you. Never named in public.
You meet the tutor we searched for, by name, in conversation — not a directory you browse. Families who engage us are entitled to the same discretion their tutor is, and a public roster would make both searchable.
We establish five things before we propose anyone: subject and level, where the student is stuck, the shape of the engagement, temperament, and availability for the whole term. The search runs after that conversation, not before it.
Our engagements are not inexpensive, and they are not meant for everyone.
If a dedicated tutor for a single child is not something your family is currently considering, there are excellent tutoring companies who will serve you better than we will — and we are glad to tell you which. We would rather say that now than halfway through a first conversation.
